ZB2 Three-Cylinder Mud Pump
Economic, lightweight, durable, and easy to maintain
Transmission medium
Cement mortar, clay mortar, lime mortar containing particles smaller than 3 mm, clear water, cement paste, and slurry.
Uses
1. Three-tube high-pressure jet grouting system with cement slurry delivery.
2. Various types of pressure grouting.
3. Grouting the anchor rods with cement slurry.
4. A small-caliber geological core drilling rig paired with a pump for percussion-rotary drilling operations.
5. Pump designed for use with single-head deep-mixing drilling rigs.
6. Can be customized according to user needs into a dual-fluid grouting pump suitable for chemical grouting applications.
Key Features
1. High-pressure plunger design with reliable sealing, simple manufacturing process, and convenient assembly and disassembly.
2. The inlet and outlet valves are inlaid with cemented carbide, featuring a ball valve design that offers high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and superior impact toughness—plus, they’re easy to install and remove, ensuring a long service life.
3. The ZB1 features a friction clutch, which provides minimal engagement force, making operation easy and smooth.
4. The ZB2-T comes with a speed-regulating motor offering stepless gear shifting for convenient operation. The ZB2-P is equipped with a frequency-conversion motor, also providing stepless gear shifting and ease of use—but with higher power output compared to the speed-regulating motor.
5. The safety valve features a diaphragm design.
6. The return water switch features a hard alloy conical valve for long-lasting durability.
