Model 3e120C – Standard Version. Pile diameter up to 1.5 meters.
Model 3e160C – Intelligent, energy-efficient, and professional-grade. Pile diameter up to 2 meters.
Model 3e200C – High flow rate; a single high-pressure pump can power two high-jet vehicle systems.
3e120D Model – 50 MPa Pump, a high-pressure mud pump.
Key Features
1. Easy to disassemble and assemble. The six valve seats and three plungers can all be individually removed and replaced.
2. Universal components: The valve seats, valve plates, and limit sleeves for the 3e120 and 3e160 high-pressure mud pumps are compatible with products from multiple manufacturers on the market.
3. High precision, high efficiency, and low noise—sound from the pump is inaudible beyond 5 meters. Under full-load continuous operation, temperature rise does not exceed 10°C (typically 5°C).
4. Long-lasting components. Under 40 MPa operating conditions, the valve seat achieves an average lifespan of 1,200 hours, while the plunger lasts an average of 700 hours.
5. Fully automated—equipped with a frequency-conversion motor for energy efficiency and smooth start-up. Operates in both speed-control and voltage-regulation modes.
Pressure regulation mode: Automatically adjusts pressure after setting, with remote control operation and unmanned operation. This saves 10,000 yuan in labor costs each month.
