Environmental Governance: The "Green Engine" of Ecological Restoration

Release date:

May 14,2025

The application of grouting pumps in environmental remediation is expanding from traditional engineering projects toward ecological restoration. In groundwater contamination control, injecting remediation agents allows for precise targeting of pollution sources and the creation of barrier zones. Meanwhile, in soil stabilization projects, grouting pumps deliver eco-friendly solidifying agents into loose soil layers, enhancing soil load-bearing capacity and significantly reducing dust pollution.

Taking a groundwater remediation project in a chemical industrial park as an example, the engineering team utilized a dual-cylinder hydraulic grouting pump to inject biodegradable materials into the contamination zone buried 30 meters underground. By continuously injecting these materials, they successfully created a microbial degradation barrier, leading to a 90% reduction in benzene-series compound concentrations in the groundwater within six months. Additionally, in desertification control efforts, the grouting pump was used to mix water-retaining agents with nutrient-rich soil, which was then injected into the sand layers to establish an artificial root growth layer for vegetation. This innovative approach significantly boosted plant survival rates.
